Well, there’s no perfect method.

There are many ways to measure happiness, such as asking people to rate how happy they feel each day, how happy the day was and how happy their parents are.

However, as Dr Kate Macdonald, one of the world’s leading happiness experts, told Newsweek, “the key thing is that it’s about the quality of life.

It’s about quality of living and not about happiness.”

Macdonald also said that you don’t have to go far back in time to understand that there are many people who live happier lives than those of us who live longer.

And she said that it was important to focus on what you measure and not what you do with it.

Macdonald told Newsweek that happiness was a continuous state of mind, rather than a single emotion or feeling.

She said that the happiness of someone who lives to 120 is different from someone who is 60.

So what can we measure?

What is happiness?

In fact, studies have shown that people who are happier tend to be healthier.

A study from the University of Minnesota, for instance, found that people with higher levels of happiness were less likely to suffer from chronic diseases, which is good news for those suffering from chronic conditions such as heart disease.

The other important point is that happiness is not simply a feeling.

For example, a study published in 2014 by researchers at the University and Stanford universities looked at how happiness varied across different types of people.

They found that the happiest people were people who were happy with themselves and happy about their lives.

The researchers also found that happiness correlated strongly with feelings of contentness and meaning in the life you lead, such happiness that is associated with more positive mental health outcomes such as improved physical health, lower rates of mental illness and higher levels in self-esteem.
